It’s a great toaster. My only issue is the slots for bread could be a little longer. They are plenty wide enough for everything but I can’t toast my favourite bread and have to cut it in half.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks great. - Toasting is a Failure

Got this toaster as a gift from wife. It looks absolutely great on the counter. But, nothing but problems with the resulting toast. The bottom 1 1/2” doesn’t toast. So I have stop the process half way through cycle and flip the toast or bagel to get it all toasted. Contact support after problems detected and they never got back to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
