Terrible Product

Avoid all SMEG Product. Built for looks, not function. Quality and SMEG service are awful. Had the toaster about 2 years, then the internal mechanism broke, called SMEG service - they could care less.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t toast equally on both sides

This toaster didn’t toast squishy in both sides for me. SMEG warranty sent me a replacement that did the same thing. Then informed them about this and they tried to sort it out for me in their warehouse by testing the second replacement but even that one did the same thing.. so they sent me a refund. So I definitely wouldn’t recommend this toaster but the customer service was great.

Great little toast launcher. Launches bagels 3 feet in the air. Almost always lands perfectly face down on the dirty floor. I would trust SMEG for all of your bread launching needs.
