Well worth the wait for this rack to become available! Terrific quality - directions are very weak, but a you tube video helps make it clear.

Very solid and has all the features I want in a bike rack. The lateral adjustment of the cradles is super useful to make sure the bikes do not scratch each other. The assembly instructions are not good, but much easier after watching a youtube video.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bike rack is AWESOME! My wife and I have moved to an area in the country where there are amazing trails and outdoor activities. This bike rack is just want we needed. It is easy to use and travel with.

First time for us to purchase and use a bike rack and we couldn’t be happier! This rack was listed out of 3 others as the best rack for E bikes. Very streamlined, smart design for safe and secure transport. Would highly recommend.

Love my New Thule T2 PRO Bike Rack!

I love my New Thule T2 Pro Bike Hitch Rack! After using an old school rack, where bikes sometimes would get the frame scratched and would not fit due to frame size, this rack is wonderful. It is so easy to put bike on rack and secure it for travel!! I also love the built in Lock system for the hitch and bikes. No concerns with theft! I should have made this purchase many years ago!

I have had this rack for the past week. What amazes me is how well designed this product is, from removing it from the car for storage to the ease of putting bikes on it. It is solid, very well designed and I must admit good looking as well. Well done Thule you have hit this one out of the park.

Not the best bike rack i've ever owned, for the price and reputation of being the best it has been far from the best, i expected better. I have had multiple issues with this rack, 3 warranty claims in all, believe me i was ready to switch. Quality and inferior design were culprits but i will say this about THULE...THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT !!!! Each time they have sent me new parts free of charge and this last time was the last straw... i asked for and received an entirely new bike rack. I hope this does the trick. Customer support has been stellar...perhaps they need to keep looking at the overall design to keep making it better. I still think they are the best in the business

I've used roof racks and hanging rear racks and this is by far the easiest to use. It is much more convenient then a roof rack AND more stable than previous hanging rack.
It's easier to reach and faster to load then either style of rack. My wife is not a cyclist and she even says how easy the rack is to use!
