I love nearly everything. The sturdiness, the hitch hockup and tightening knob to cinch up the fit fairly eliminates the wobbles. Minuscule concerns. One of the arms that hooks the front wheel moves stiffly, strangely only while pulling up. The other concern is the length of the cable that locks around the front wheel. It takes effort to get it around the wheel and to get the fitting perpendicular to the lock to properly lock it. There is very little slack, I can only imagine doing it with a fat tire bike.
Would gladly buy it again. I'm 65 and this will be the last bike rack I'll ever need.

Easy to use and store

I’m so glad I got this! After years using a cheap rack that I always worried about the bikes swaying back and forth, this rack is tight and solid never bounces or sways and with the integrated bike locks I never worry about driving with my e-bikes or parking to grab a bite to eat. East to use just slide it into hitch receiver and it automatically clicks into hitch with no pins needed. Assembled in 15 mins. Best purchase I ever made for my e-bikes. It makes preparing for a bike ride so much faster and easier.

I have been using for 3 weeks. Needed a new rack as my girlfriend has an E-bike. Easy to put together and rides really smoothly and secure. Highly recommend this rack

Super easy install and very secure fit to vehicle. My bikes are safely and securely on the rack with zero rocking motion. Could not be more happy about the rack.

I found the Thule T2 Pro XTR to be a phenomenal rack with superior support. I have an eBike and the weight of the bike is quite heavy. This rack handled the weight as well as a three hour trip on the highway. I'm super impressed with the security features that are well thought out here. I did not see an equivalent feature set when comparing to other vendors.

I recently purchased the Y2 xtr and really enjoy it. I have xl sized bikes and it fits my 4.9” Kona Wo and my full suspension equally. Nice improvements over my Kuat- ratchet strap for rear tire, solid front tire holder, and wheels on the thing to make it less of a chore to remove and reinstall. My back up camera senses the rack and stops abruptly with the rack so I remove it often. I think the lock on the hitch is a great improvement. Seems like it will hood up better in weather too.

Friends had this rack, and I decided this was just about the best around, so I bought one. It is very easy to install and use. The bikes are very secure on it even when you hit bumps! Also it’s low enough that it’s easy to put my FS MTB on. Also very adjustable, and folds up easily. Best rack around!!!
