I’ve been using for my bike commute. Love the separate pockets for laptop and other items. I don’t find the phone pocket to be very useful especially when a water bottle is in the sleeve next to it. I’ve been stashing odds and ends in their instead. I love this backpack, but the only issue is it’s a tad long for me and sits awkward on my back. I’m 5’9 so I feel like anyone shorter will have an issue with the fit as well. Otherwise it’s a great pack and I will continue to use!

I like the mobile pocket for cycling and the reflective cover.
The chest strap and padding are great- it is the most comfortable cycling/commuting backpack I've ever used.
I haven't figured out how to use the front pocket for the hemlmet yet.

I bought this bag primarily for use during travel, as well as occasional trips to the office. It's size is about right for those needs - a little bigger than a "normal" office bag, and certainly not a replacement for a carry on. It doesn't expand much width-wise, but I was easily able to pack way more than my wife thought in it, including a heavy load that very comfortable.

I've been using this bag everyday for a few years. It is durable, and I can fill it to the top without any issues. It is comfortable to carry for a long day, and sits well. The extendible helmet pocket is great for shoes and other things you don't want to put in the main compartment. Water bottle holders are spacious and glasses/key pocket is handy. Rain cover is nice too.

I've been using this bag to commute to and from work by bike. The bag feels secure with minimal bouncing while I ride and I love all of the pockets to store my laptop in a padded pocket, my laptop charger extra clothes in mesh pockets, and my bike lock and shoes in the very front, expandable pocket. I haven't needed to use the waterproof cover yet but thankful this bag comes with that and it is not sold separately like the smaller version. I wish the flap in the front was able to be secured in some way because I can sometimes feel it flapping as I ride.

It is a backpack that has pockets that are not practical due to position or size. In the second main pocket, it has a cardboard plate (or something like that) that makes it uncomfortable to carry and use things other than a laptop. Finally, it is a good size, but it is not enough to fit clothes and a laptop on a trip.
