It feels very well and precise. The buttons are quite responsive to clicking. I would add 1 or 2 buttons to have an intermediate option between this and the million-button Aero 9

Well-built but ultra-lightweight

The Aerox 5 Wireless delivers solid build quality with no creaking or flexing during use. The wireless connection was reliable, and the overall construction feels premium.
However, the ultra-lightweight design was ultimately too light for my personal preference - I found myself overshooting movements and missing the substantial feel I'm used to in a gaming mouse. That said, this could be exactly what many gamers are looking for, especially those who prefer fast, effortless movements for competitive FPS gaming.
If you're specifically seeking an extremely lightweight wireless gaming mouse with good build quality, this could be perfect for you.

Missing accessibility feature

This is a great mouse. It operates very well and is very light. All of the buttons are very responsive and satisfying. However, there is one missing feature that was very disappointing to me.
There is no way (at least within the steelseries software) to create a DPI toggle that switches when a button is pressed, and again when released. I have very shaky hands, and this is a feature that has helped me immensely with mice I've had in the past. I assumed I would have the option, but when I looked in the software, it specifically blocks the option to switch on hold and release, ONLY with the dpi toggle bind. It's very obnoxious to have to press once to switch, and again to switch back.

Good mouse

I bought this mouse after the left click of my previous mouse the g502 broke. I chose it because it has a similar number of extra buttons to the g502 and weighs less. I'm very happy so far but there is room for improvements, the 2 directional thumb button is awkward to push down and the placement of the forward thumb button (cpi switch default button) and its a little bit difficult to reach. My hand size is average so if you have smaller hands you may not like it

Great lightweight wireless mouse

Bought a month ago, works great. Its light as a feather and charges to 90% in 30 minutes. Kinda insane. Big fan of the placement of the buttons on the left too.

I bought it about 3 weeks ago, and so far it is great. I haven't tried gaming with it yet, but I think it will perform great there as well. The only complaint is that the battery doesn't last very long, and I need to charge it once a week and even use a few battery-saving options.
