One of my best purchases :v:️:hugging: But touchscreen work only with usb type C cable with resolution 1920x1200px vs HDMI connection with Resolution 3840x2400 (4K) without touchscreen :grimacing:

Works as advertised

Just received it. I am surprised how large it is, larger than my XPS 15 even though the border of the screen is as thin as XPS 15. It will be a problem to carry it around.
The case comes with the screen is TPU, very well made and fits perfect. The screen is well made, no flexing yet.
The screen is very bright, I have to tune it all the way down to 0 but still about the same brightness of my XPS 15 at 15. Battery level when it arrives is 77%. The color is as vibrant as my XPS 15. Very pleasing to my eyes and very accurate. The pen input works! It is what I want the most from it so I can take notes. It needs to be setup first before use, otherwise the touch and pen input goes to main screen instead of the Innocn. After setting up, you do not need to calibrate pen input/touch, it is as accurate as I expect it to be. I do not notice any lag while taking notes.
Overall, very good portable screen. I have many other portable screens, none of them is able to power up with XPS 15's USB C port. I always have to use a portable battery to power them. This is the only one that can self-power itself.
Value for money, I don't know. You can achieve the same by purchasing an android tablet and use super display to extend/mirror screens. Super display has very little lag, probably is the best of all and it can be wireless(with larger lag though). However when comparing it with Innocn, the lag is obvious. if you do not use portable external screens often, tablet probably is the most cost/effective route.
I just received it so the longevity is unknown, especially OLED tends to age pretty soon. Battery is also a concern, I do not know how long it will last until I need a replacement. I do not even know if battery is user replaceable. I'll update more after a few days of use.

The best 15.6 portable monitor available
on September 30, 2021

Colors match my 15.6" 3080 OLED Razer blade advanced laptop perfectly, I suspect they use the same samsung panel. Other things of note not mentioned in other reviews:
A surface pen works and is pressure sensitive (connecting with a single usb c cable), it also detects it properly when hovering over but not touching the display.
Samsung dex works on an s21, but is limited to the native aspect ratio (so 1080p instead of wqhd), screen mirroring also works and some apps like the video player will output 4k60 from the phone that way.
The built in battery is awesome when using with your phone via one usb c cable, on my previous uperfect monitor had to have an extra cable and battery to power it all, this is much nicer for short airplane flights, I probably wouldn't have upgraded to this one if it didnt have the battery.
I didn't see any pixel refresher options, but would advise general good oled use practices (set brightness below 50%, wallpaper to black screen, etc...).
The input lag is noticable if you look for it closely when mirroring displays in windows, but should be fine for most casual gaming. If you're a gamer you are probably looking at higher refresh displays anyway.

Cheapest quality OLED, but don't need touch (glossy as a mirror)
on September 27, 2021

It is INSANELY glossy, due to the touchpanel overlay. So I added a matte screen protector meant for a Yoga C740 laptop (see "Starfilm for C740 15.6" screen protector" here on Amazon). [note: this screen protector seems to soften text and lines a little bit, so I might keep searching for a better alternative]
50% gray screen looks flawless to my eye.
Colors and contrast are the best of any portable monitor I've ever bought (and I've bought a TON). I would even say this panel is equal or better to the Asus PQ22UC (except for the size difference).
That being said, I wish this panel was 18" and did not have the rechargeable battery. I don't understand the point of the battery when most host devices can output enough power over USB4 or Thunderbolt 3/4 ports to power this thing.
I did not experience an input lag that some other reviewers pointed out (but I am using a single TB4 cable).
I did not calibrate it for color work, but the colors appeared (at least to the eye) to hold their saturation and did not shift at different brightness levels.
The metal housing and full-glass front make the panel feel premium all around.
The two side speakers are sufficient for listening in a pinch.
The HDMI is a mini-HDMI type. It comes with a cable adapter.
For the manufacturer, I would love to see an 18" panel without battery.

Be sure to set Nvidia output dynamic range!
on September 17, 2021
Posted by: Anonymous
When I first set this up, I was impressed by the build quality, OSD, etc., but was meh about the picture quality as I've had other OLEDs and this wasn't matching up. The blacks were dark gray and I considered returning it.
After it hit me, I checked the Nvidia driver setting for "Output dynamic range" and it was set to "Limited", which I believe is used by default over the HDMI (not DP) outputs. Changing this to Full made this display shine, just like I would expect from an OLED. Blacks are full black now. Be sure to check your settings (not sure what the equivalent is for AMD or Intel) to make sure the full range is being output.

~14in. by ~8in. Display Area
on September 8, 2021

-The OLED Panel has a very distinct Blacks, and vivid colors, not overly saturated, and when it comes to brightness it is very bright which works especially well with the very high contrast made with the true Blacks to form a very pretty picture.
-In addition to it being a 4K panel at an approximately 14 inch by 8 inch functional display area makes for an Extremely high Pixel Density, much higher pixel density than a large 4K TV for example to the point where no individual pixel can be discerned.
-Very well built construction out of metal.
-Speakers work decently well similar to most laptops.
-Comes with HDMI (mini) to HDMI (standard size) cable to clarify.

Is not plug and play

Advertised as plug and play, it is not. I am waiting for tech support to help me figure out what is wrong now. I am a professional editor with two Mac laptops -one is a Pro 2019 and the other M1 2022 Macbook Air.
