One Hitch…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying the cooktop on the stove. The extra burners allow lots of space for big projects, like making jam. The 18K BTU burners make short work of boiling a kettle of water; great for morning coffee or a large pot of pasta.
The disappointment has been the oven. I tried to use it twice; it just wasn’t coming up to the set temperature. I was told to try to allow more time to preheat, since it was such a large oven; that made sense. But after an hour with the oven set at 450 degrees, it never got above 350. The service man came out to check, and said he would have to order new parts as the gauge seemed to be off by about 100 degrees. Not what I would expect with a new appliance from a trusted name.

Very nice upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were given this range to review. So far we love it. We went from a 30” to a 36”. I had to remove some cabinets and re-cut the counter tops but we are very happy with the upgrade. We removed a wall of cabinets to put in a range hood and it has really upgraded our kitchen. The controls took a little bit to get used to but once we did it was no big deal.still in the middle of the kitchen renovation so the picture is not the finished product.

This range is a huge upgrade to what we had previously. It is sleek looking and so far we have had many compliments on just the looks of it alone. We plan on redoing our cabinets on the side where the range sits to better place the range. I think it would look best between cabinets not offset like ours is. We seem to use the regular heat for the burners the convection burners are fast! However, I do like using the convection setting for baking/roasting better than conventional. Overall, I am in love with this range! My delivery was also wonderful and time-efficient. The two men were very kind and professional.
