The only issue is that we can't figure out hot to place the dishes on the low rack. Seems it works great for flat or almost flat plates, but not for bowls or other shapes

A bit of patience is worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwash is so quiet it's almost difficult to know it's running. But it does a great job washing the dishes. A couple quick notes that we learned from experience. 1) If you interupt a cycle by opening the door it will not start up automatically. You must press "resume" (which is also the start button). We discovered this because we did interupt the cycle but didn't press resume when we closed the door, and when there's no activity after a while it just times out so later we saw the dishwashing soap tablet un-dissolved and became concerned.. but it was our error for not pressing resume. Lesson 2: This is the lower end of a very high end machine and does not have a display screen. But it can connect to your phone app. There is a button called REMOTE START. You have to press and hold that button down to connect it to the app (Home Connect) in order to set it up. But once you do you can see much more info in your phone. (It's not the reset button) ... OK... those were the two gotcha's - but now that we know better we're very happy with the build quality, the dishware placement options, the quietness and the remote app as well. Happy with the purchase.
