Works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher- does its job well. My main complaint is that the top rack adjustment isn't smooth. The brackets kind of just drop down. Other than that, the configuration of the dish holders don't allow for maximal space to be utilized, in my experience. This could be user error

Beware of Door Edge

My Bosch SHX5AEM5N cleans wonderfully and is nearly silent. My only complaint is there is an edge where the front panel connects with the top of the door. I have sliced skin off my right hand twice and nearly a third time tonight so felt compelled to mention. Picture two distinct edges coming together but with a gap between the edges. That is poor design.

100 Premium Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the third rack especially for silverware that comes out the cleanest of any prior dishwasher I have owned. A key feature for my purchase was the ability to wash wine glasses. However, for my glasses, the top grate that holds the stems is not flexible enough to securely and gently hold the glasses. A suggestion would be to redesign the grate with a softer rubbery like substance that would grab various size stems securely. The machine is extremely quiet and cleans and dries the dishes extremely well.

Doesn’t dry dishes. Strange rack layout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even with the rinse aid filled and the extra dry setting on, dishes do not dry. It's even worse if I run the dishwasher and am away from home for a few days. If the washer isn't going to be vented, it should have the auto door open feature be standard. Also, the layout for the dish racks are strange, "normal" sized dishes don't fit between the tines. It's almost like it's designed for very thin dishes.

Excellent dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher runs well, Wi-Fi and app keep me updated when cycles completes or needs refilling. Red light underneath indicated cycle is on which is a nice indicator. Very happy with the results.

First Bosch after many recommendations

How long have you been they had it, when they bought it, what they wanted in a dishwasher and what they got and didn't get etc. after so much research it came down to Bosch as the brand. We started researching which one we wanted. We looked at all the features etc and decided to start with the 100 series. We wanted something with the third rack and something quiet since we have an open kitchen and obviously something that cleans well. We are so pleased we never know when it's running and the only reason u know it's time to empty is because my app tells me! We love it!!!

I love my new Bosch dishwasher!
