[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we really like this dishwasher. Cleaning is exceptional, easy to use, like the controls and the wifi feature. Also like the utensil rack much better than the baskets used in previous dishwashers. Only comment would be that we felt that the racks in our old Whirlpool that we had for 15 years were better set up and held the dishes and cups better. Still figuring out how to best configure the dishes in this one.

The bottom rack goes off track too easily
The cup rack doesn't fit larger cups very well
