Love! Love! Love!

Amazing dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our new Bosch Series 800 dishwasher for a few weeks now and it has handled everything we've washed in it. But I really thought it would not be able to handle cleaning the Easter ham baking dish. I baked a ham with a sweet, sticky glaze for a couple of hours in a ceramic baking dish. The ham was delicious, but the glaze was stuck like super glue to the bottom of the dish. Even after soaking it in hot water for more than an hour, I couldn't pry the glaze off the dish with either a butter knife or a spatula. I thought the baking dish was a goner and as a last ditch effort, I put it in the dishwasher and ran the heavy duty cycle. I was surprised that the baking dish came out sparkling clean. What an amazing dishwasher!

Quiet and Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is indeed very quiet. The red light on the floor is helpful to prevent opening during a cycle run. Dishes come out clean with very little pre-rinsing. Plastics are mostly dry, much better than our previous Bosch Millinium model. No complaints. One improvement would be to add a "clean" indicator such that when you power up the first time after a cycle run, you know that the dishes inside are clean.

Best dishwasher ever!

Jury is still out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am happy with the quiet running, the effectiveness of the wash, and the time of a normal wash is not over long. I don't care for the top rack for flat long items, such as spatulas, as it crowds the rack for tall glassware. I'm extremely unhappy about the tiny flatware fixture inside the bottom rack, which will be comletely inadequate for family dinners here. If I had paid attention during the installation, I would have kept my old flatware holder before they hauled away my old dishwasher. It is necessary to use Rinse Aid in perpetuity which adds to the cost of everyday use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Bosch dishwasher in a prior home so when the one provided by the builder was ready to be replaced we went back to Bosch. Love the third row rack. The unit is quiet and cleans so great!

Works very well but certainly not quiet

I am very pleased with how my new Bosch 800 Series cleans my dishes but it is loud compared to the 11 year old Kenmore Elite that I replaced. I love the Crystal Dry cycle. If it was quiet it would be perfect.
