App could be better

Simple clean appearance. Cleans well, dries quite well. Hard to determine which setting confers best energy use for personal needs. Hard to change settings manually. Some settings seem to be available only through app and this is burdensome. The app needs work to provide clearer setting options to make best use of appliance. Would prefer full manual setting options with app as an option for those who like to use remote controls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not finding easy to use because I have not had a successful wash yet. It is not intuitive at all and perhaps more directions would be helpul.. I have had a informative call with a kind agent, but I am still not getting success.

Great dishwasher

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Overall, we really like this dishwasher. It does a fantastic job of cleaning the dishes. Fairly quiet. The only downside is how the lower rack is organized. The layout of the tines makes it tricky to load large items. That said - it's a very small price to pay for dishes that come out clean every time - even when we tested it with dried on food.
