Very nice dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Bosch dishwasher to replace another brand that only worked for about 5 years. Bosch was recommended to me because it is a quality product and is very quiet. It does an excellent job cleaning the dishes and I really like that. I am disappointed that is it not as quiet as I expected. Also, I don't like the silverware holder. My silverware is a little broad at the bottom, however not extremely so, and it doesn't fit in the slots in the holder. They seem to be extremely small. Also, if it were a little deeper I could put measuring spoons in it and close the top but they don't fit either. I think the design of this could improve. All in all, I am satisfied but still think it could use some design improvements.

Very Quiet and Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our seventh (!) dishwasher we've purchased for our home in 36 years. The first one lasted almost 20 years so we've been through quite a few in the last decade or so. We were beginning to think that all the failures of the variety of appliances we purchsed were due to planned obsolescence. The last one, a GE, died after only two years. We decided to purchase up and have not regretted the decision. This dishwasher is quiet, does a fantastic job even on the 60 minute cycle and seems durable. I don't think we will ever buy anything other than a Bosch in the future...but to protect our investment, we opted for a 5 year warranty. Just in case.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that the front of the unit cleans very easily. Doesn't show fingerprints. Runs very quietly. Was not happy with trying to get the refund because no matter what I turned in, I kept get messages that they were wrong.

Washes well - doesn’t dry much

Our friend, who works in the appliance service industry recommended Bosch over the other brands. This model does a fine job cleaning everything but it doesn't do a good job drying the dishes (even on extended dry time). We had an older Kenmore Elitr series before and it did an excellent job cleaning and drying the dishes and in less time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Used daily for several months - honest review

Bosch was recommended by a repair tech, so we took a serious look when our Samsung started failing. This machine is hands down the best dishwasher I've ever used. My dishes (including pots & pans) are cleaner than any other machine I've used before. The app, which I thought a gimmick, is now a staple of my cleaning. I'm checking the time left on a wash, setting very specfic wash cycles ... I'm very, very happy with this machine.
The only negative I can think of is missing the top rack. I know that is available in other models, but this specific model feels smaller than other dishwashers.
Overall, solid 5 stars!

Good Replacement for Older Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this dishwasher. The third mini-rack is a great feature, and I like that you can adjust the height of the second rack. It's hyped up as being super quiet which I don't find to be true.
