Third rack for silverware makes it hard to put larger items in top rack. Configuration of main dish rack doesn't fit my dishes well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit cleans the dishes very well, that I have no complaints about. The app is a little cumbersome in the beginning, but it is worth being able to have a customized cycle in place. One thing worth mentioning is the startup on the unit itself can be a little unforgiving if you don't read the instructions first

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It started out so quiet but after 6 months or so it is not as quiet. My husband thinks the intense heat has melted some insulation, not sure, but worry about that fact.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this dish washer. It holds an incredible number of dishes. I scrap for off dishes and load without rinsing and everything comes out shinning. The prongs are set up to allow for anything you want to put in. The adjustable shelf is well designed and works smoothly. I'm impressed!
