Not what we expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our Kenmore Elite dishwasher for over 12 years, and when it recently died everyone told us to get a Bosch because they are the best brand. We have not been happy with it at all. It is hard to put all the dishes, serving bowls, and pots in with the way the racks are set up, so it doesn't hold very much. We do not like using the small third rack at the top for silverware. It stays too wet and the silverware is all spotty, but the silverware holder on the bottom rack is so small and in the way of the dishes. The dishwasher does not dry the dishes very much either, so we have to do a lot of towel drying. We did start using a rinse aid but it doesn't help much and the rinse aid holder was leaking when I poured it in. Overall we are not happy with this dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor design

Ok clean on the dishes but about impossible to load. Racks are bad design with too many vertical supports- no room. Racks don't slide in and out well. Dishes are not fitting well. Best part- dishes are still wet when I unload in the morning after running it after dinner. What a mess! In my new built house and I don't want it! Terrible product. Who doesn't want their dishes washed and dried- feature not available.

Easy to install and use

Efficient Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased this Bosch dishwasher to replace my old dishwasher. The unit cleans very well and is quiet while running. The only feature I miss is having a green ready light come on when the dishwasher is finished and the dishes are clean.The unit has a red light to tell you it is running, but no indicator to tell you when it has finished and the dishes are clean and waiting to be put away.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Bosch for 25 years since they first came out. We are hoping this will be as quiet and well built as that one. Only comment on this one are the sensitivity feedback of the controls and the wash rinse needs a visual indicator. Otherwise it is well made and attractively designed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently "retired" our 20 year old Bosch dishwasher and purchased/installed a brand new 300 series machine. In a word, our new dishwasher is simply fantastic!! As dedicated Bosch appliance owners, we weren't surprised by how clean our dishes were after any particular load, but what was most impressive was how quiet this machine is!! It is indeed helpful (and ingenious) that our dishwasher has the InfoLight system (shining a small red light onto the floor while the washer is running) because you might very easily not hear that it's running!! If you're considering a new dishwasher, look no further than Bosch!
