[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit cleans the dishes very well, that I have no complaints about. The app is a little cumbersome in the beginning, but it is worth being able to have a customized cycle in place. One thing worth mentioning is the startup on the unit itself can be a little unforgiving if you don't read the instructions first

Third rack for silverware makes it hard to put larger items in top rack. Configuration of main dish rack doesn't fit my dishes well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it's a great appliance. Dishes and glassware come out sparkling clean. I do wish the drying cycle were a bit more powerful. Even with the extra-dry setting there is still considerable residual moisture in the rear of the machine when the cycle is complete.
