Best smart dishwasher ever

Love and Hate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start with what I love. My new Bosch dishwasher cleans very well. It's so quiet I'm not even sure it's running. Also really looks nice.
What I really hate is the bottom rack is very unusual. The spikes are too close together. I thought all racks were the same but obviously not. Have to put dishes and bowls in ever other rack. Didn't look at racks when buying on line. I have an old kitchen and there are not a lot of models that fit in the area I have. Wish I would have looked more closely at rack design. Kind of stuck with this dishwasher.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems to be well built and the app makes it easy to control. Install was not difficult. I am disappointed to find it has no rinse cycle (but can start and then cancel wash). The rack design could also be improved.

Great except for drying

Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying system. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. This process works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cooler stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. To improve drying results, we recommend turning on the Intensive Drying feature.
