No one told us how to use it

While we love our new dishwasher, neither the vendor that sold it or the installer ezplained how to use it. We had to figure things out by our selves. Needless to say the Red Light scared us.

WONDERFUL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy install, very quite I can not hear it running, thanks for the light so I do know it is running. Fits perfect and the app is great to have so I don't have to get up in the middle of the movie to start the machine. I got this one to replace a whirlpool that broke after 4 years. Was recommended by a service repair person.

Why another Bosch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first Bosch surprised us by its quality, endurance, and especially its quietness. We used it daily, sometimes twice a day. We chose to buy a new Bosch after 8 years. I'm glad we did. The new Bosch is even quieter and the operations panel is quite an improvement. I especially like the brighter red light signalling "in use". I lost count of how many times I've opened the door on the older model, only to find the Bosch still running a load.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Second time around for a Bosch dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Bosch dishwasher I have purchased. I really liked my first one & my new one is even better! It is so quiet I hardly know it is on. I love the third rack. It comes in so handy for extra silverware & small bowls. And I love the small red light that shines on the floor to let me know when it is on. I am very pleased with it & would highly reccomend it. Good job Bosch!!

Bosch 100 Series Premium level Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This diswasher is extremely quiet, and does an excellent job washing dishes. Though there is no dryer element, it seems to dry them better than my old Kitchenaid model did. On the negative side, the arrangement of the tines on the bottom rack is a bit odd so I have not quite figured out the best use for these. Also, the home connect system simply will ot work. I have excellent wifi coverage, as my router is nearby, but the app will not "discover" the dishwasher. Since it is new, I'll give it 4-stars for now.

Expected more from BOSCH

When the upper tray is installed, many glasses, like wine, don't fit in the second tray unless I lower it, but then no oversized plates fit in the lowest tray. Trays have lots of slots for dishes and glassware, but can't really fill it as designed. Also, even on highest dry setting and using jetdry products, dishes are dripping wet after cycle. Positve side is that it's very quiet. Would NOT recomend this product.

Somewhat disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After conducting extensive research regarding the purchase of a dishwasher, I ultimately opted for the Bosch 100 model due to positive reviews from Consumer Reports and various other sources. Overall, it effectively fulfills its primary function and, as noted, operates with minimal noise. However, we have encountered several issues which have proven to be quite bothersome:
The "soap dish latch" does not consistently engage properly, often requiring three or four attempts to secure it;
the racks do not slide smoothly out of the machine, frequently becoming caught on the rails;
additionally, we have experienced significant difficulties with the drying performance of the top dish rack, although the third rack designated for silverware performs adequately. A bothersome amount of water remains on the dishes, necessitating manual towel drying. We have adhered to all recommendations and attempted to follow the instructions for adjusting the settings to extend the drying cycle or increasing the amount of rinse aid, however, the controls do not respond as described in the owners manual, which has been quite frustrating.
