[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher has worked well for us. We like the third rack design for utentsil organization and cleaning. It seems to clean well on all three racks. It is whisper quiet compared to our previous 20 year old dishwasher. The phone notification when cycle is complete is a nice feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This isn't the fanciest diswasher out there, but it is quiet and washes the dishes well. Drying is very good too. Like the top rack for silverware.

Simple, easy, improved quality of life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite having a slightly smaller interior than the dishwasher we replaced, we are able to fit noticeably more inside due to better designed racks and the third rack on top. Runs very quietly, I no longer get in trouble for opening the dishwasher midcycle thanks to the red under glow indicator light, And the sliding detergent door doesn't get blocked by dishes like our previous flip-open style detergent door. The smart features Allowed for easy integration into both Google Home and Home Assistant set ups. With a baby in the house we run one to two loads every day, and this dishwasher was a major quality of life improvement for us.

We had a Bosch dishwasher before that worked fine. This one did not fit correctly. The drawers are very poorly designed. Very difficult to load dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our first Bosch

No question about it being the quietest dishwasher we've ever had. That said, there are a couple frustrations that make one wonder what the thought processes were when designing it.
Since it does run so quietly and ours has the controls on top of the door, the run-status light that shines at the bottom is a good thing. I just don't understand why there can't be a "time-remaining" display on the front panel.
Sometimes you just want to do a rinse only. There's nothing on the control panel to allow that. I've read that if you press and hold the power button during a wash cycle that it'll drain and cancel the remaining time. I've tried that but all that happens is every single light on the control panel lights up and then somehow, someway, I'm able to get all the lights to go out. No clue how. It would be so helpful if there was a dedicated rinse only button or at least button combination that would do it.
If you want to make yourself crazy, download the HomeConnect app. It took a few times for it to finally recognize and connect to the dishwasher. The app allows for a rinse only cycle so clearly the dishwasher's brain is smart enough to know how to do it. Why that can't be done directly from the control panel instead of having to use your phone is beyond me.
Lastly, as others have said, the racks are a little weird and take some getting used to. The dedicated silverware rack, though, is really nice.
