Bosch dishwasher review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with the way it cleans. I have a few issues with the racks.
The bottom rack has no place to put something long, like a lasagna pan, unless you remove the small siverware holder.
I am not at all satisfied with the silverware rack. There are 2 small plastice separators you can use as an option. One broke off within the first few months. The other is still there but will not stay up. I load the silverware in the groves but the areas where the additional separaters are are too wide so the silverware flops out when you open the rack. It must be reloaded in the grooves prior to turning the machine on.
I would not purchase this macine again because of the rack designs.

Quiet but not perfect

Despite using Jetdry and trying different cycles, there is often water left on the sides of the top rack. The bottom holes in the basket are also too small to accomodate anything but steak knives. Moreover my tall drinking glasses do not fit, unless I lower the rack all the way, in which case my large plates don't fit. The dishes do get clean and it's very quiet but I prefered my old Kitchen Aid.

We love our Quiet Bosch 800

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were coming from a very expensive Viking dishwasher that we were not fans of. It broke several times and we were over the expensive repairs and rare parts. After doiong some research we thought the 800 Series would be great. So far we have loved it. The top cutlery drawer is a nice space saver and I love that you can add a power wash to the front or back of the bottom rack for heavily soiled dishes. Our dishes come out dry and spotless and we can barely hear it running. Our Viking was so loud, you could hear it throughout the entire house but we don't even know the Bosch is running most of the time and can only tell by the red light that is illuminated on the floor. I am very happy with it and we love that we were able to get it in the Panel-ready model so it blends in with our kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing !!!where's the delay start feature?

I have always bought bosch or thermador dishwashers.
My recent purchase for a second home disappointed me that Bosch no longer offers a delay feature on the control panel
Supposedly it is available if you download the app and set the dishwasher from that . I have tried that and failed to delay my wash twice, not to mention the annoyance that I can't just "set it and "forget it" on the actual machine

I'm not a fan of any home connect appliances, so I'm not connected, therefore I'm also unable to use a simple short rinse cycle. Which my old Bosch had right ont he panel door. Other than that is a great dishwasher
