A step backwards

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't understand why this dishwasher was designed like this. There are a lot of "flexible" options, but each time I use one, I lose something else. Drop the the upper tray down and my cereal dishes fit but I can't add dinner plates because they hits the spray arm. The only way I can have cereal and dinner plates is to remove the "flexible 3rd rack" entirely. Why bother? I have a new $100K kitchen but the dishwasher feels like it belongs in an apartment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Noisy Machine with Worthless App But Cleans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Bosh dishwasher because it was supposed to be quiet. It's not. It's loud. Bosch replaced motor on new machine but still loud. The App works for two washes then I must reset the connection to the machine. This is very annoying. I wish I had never bought this Bosch dishwasher and now understand why many appliance stores stopped carrying the brand. The only reason I gave the dishwasher two stars was because it does clean dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would not Work

Just had the install today. Disaster. The basin leaked water all over the kitchen. The reset button would not work. They had to remove and request another one. Not what we would expect from Bosch
