Lemon?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased DW a few weeks ago. From the start we've been getting error message 01-05 and silverware in top rack (properly loaded, not crowded at all) does not get clean. We put dishes in very well rinsed, but top rack will be obviously unclean. Technician came out and updated software and said we should be all set. Nope. Still have the error message and lack of top shelf full cleaning. Hoping next technician can figure it out or unit gets replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best dishwasher I have ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remodeled my kitchen this past year and purchased this dishwasher for my updated kitchen. It is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. It cleans well and is extremely quiet. I don't even notice it is running except when it drains water into the garbage disposal. I love the shallow silverware rack tucked into the top and the adjustable-height middle rack. My dishes come out clean, dry, and spotless. I recommend this dishwasher and would purchase again.

My Bosch 800 Series dishwasher

This dishwasher is amazing. The front panel matches our cabinets. The dishwasher is so quiet that we literally don't know when it's on. It projects a red spot on the floor under the right front corner to let us know that it is on. The dishes, glasses (including wine stemware), and pots come out spotless. My only complaint is that the silverware top rack doesn't hold the silverware securely when pulling the rack out or pushing it in. We have to reset each piece then slowly push the rack back in. Not the end of the world but could have been better designed.

Slightly disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Bosch dishwasher is a series 800 with a wood panel. We have had our Bosch for less than a month when the machine wouldn't drain. First service call. Second service call for the rubber piece at the front bottom of the dishwasher was covering up the red light for the floor to indicate that the cycle is finished. A new rubber piece is on order, so we'll see if that corrects the problem. On the positive side, the dishwasher is very quiet and really throughly cleans the dishes. I do like the 3rd drawer in the top for the silverware. I didn't think I would like it, but it makes it easier to gather up the silverware to put away. I wish there was a video of how to load the dishes in detail--which way they should face and where to put each size dishes. All dishwashers are different and load differently. The dishwasher I had before was a 13 year old panel ready GE Profile.
