The straps on this bag are huge, making it uncomfortable and impractical for travel. The main compartment is also slightly too small for me to find it useful. Although it is a beautiful bag I wish I could return it.

My favorite TUMI piece.

This was my Christmas treat to myself. I use this everyday going to work, going to grocery store, running errands, meeting up with friends and for sure traveling. Easy to spot clean, elegantly stated and very utilitarian. Toggle mirror is too dark to be functional. Wish both side pockets had dual zippers. Roomy enough. Would like perfume samples. I’m coming for the luggage next time there’s a sale! I appreciate the value and quality of TUMI

Really happy with this purchase! Love the color I chose since it pops and feels different in a good way. Love all the pockets and different compartments to keep my belongings organized and easy to find. Laptop sleeve is great, as are other features like the key leash and 2 pockets for water bottles. One small criticism is that both water bottle pockets should have 2 zippers to hold containers that don’t fit completely inside the pocket— one side has 2 zippers, while the other only has 1.

Like it but wish the straps could be shortened

In general, I really like this backpack. It is a work horse that is fashionable. My one complaint are the straps. They can't be shortened enough for those of us who have a short torso so I end up needing to hike it up so it sits higher on my back and I was told that Tumi would not fix the problem and I would have to take it to an outside facility to have it improved for my body. For the price of the backpack, the straps should be fixed if needed.

Useful. But can get heavy with a laptop in it. I have difficulty getting the left strap on. Seems to be hard to find. Sometimes I need help.
