We had take away and installation. They took the old range but did not install the new range. The delivery people said they couldn’t install the new range because they did not have the gas hookup parts.
Next I called their customer service and informed her of the not install. She said she would have them put us on the installation sked. That was the 30 of September around 1 pm. Still not a call. So I hooked the oven up to gas. The unit is dual fuel. Gas burners & electric oven.

This oven good looking, like a professional kitchen appliance. We loved it, but the gas range stopped working 5 minutes use. I need help to solve my problem.

French door

The French door opening impacted our cabinets. We didn't think about that. The first thing that was baked burned on the top shelf. We will need to get used to a new oven.

Dual Fuel Oven Review

Kind of surprised I need to leave a review before I can complete my warranty registration.
The handle on the larger door of this oven is extremely hard to attach and so far it hasn't tightened up all the way.
Instructions aren't very good for this section.
I will have to call the company to see if I can get some help with it. I may need new screws for it. Needless to say, this is very frustrating.
The oven looks very nice and I look forward to using it.
