Beautiful Oven, Easy to Clean, issue w/ parts

I am not sure what rating to give yet. I love this stove, but the element is already fried on the main oven after about 6 months of use and the side oven superheats at 400F which leaves the bottom of the food items burnt and the top of them undercooked. We will see how Forno handles the feedback and parts.

I want to love my range, but one oven is no longer heating after only 5 months of infrequent use. Hopefully customer service and warranty can help me.

Dual Fuel Oven Review

Kind of surprised I need to leave a review before I can complete my warranty registration.
The handle on the larger door of this oven is extremely hard to attach and so far it hasn't tightened up all the way.
Instructions aren't very good for this section.
I will have to call the company to see if I can get some help with it. I may need new screws for it. Needless to say, this is very frustrating.
The oven looks very nice and I look forward to using it.

French door

The French door opening impacted our cabinets. We didn't think about that. The first thing that was baked burned on the top shelf. We will need to get used to a new oven.
