Bought a trim kit for built in microwave. Contractor said it would not fit. Never removed from box. Brand new. However, it was outside of a 10 day return window and was told not returnable. Remember brand new!!!!!!!! Non- Electrical. What a joke. Customer service was very poor trying to discuss. Makes me re-think buying frigidaire in the future.

Poor design

We purchased this for our new microwave and this was the kit specified to use. Our space was within the parameters required but because of the way the screw holes are angled, there was no wood to screw the holes in to-the end of the screws ended up below the wood. We had to basically caulk it into place and we’ll see how long it lasts. For the price and design, this kit is a rip off
