So far, delighted, only in use 3 weeks. Not easy to clean oven-steam clean not great.

Fan Does Not Shut Off, EVER!!!

I have an electric 30 range (FORNO Galiano S/N FFSEL6917-30), the stove is off, it has not been used for two days but the oven fan keeps running. I unplugged the stove, I even shut off the breaker box and allowed the stove to sit for six hours with no power thinking it would reset the thermostat but the fan just keeps running non-stop after I plugged it back in. I reached out to customer service via email, A person named "Sharon" responded. I asked her what the humming sound was and she said the fan. I told her the fan was NOT shutting off and she never responded with a local service tech who could fix it. So now I have a fan that runs day and night and probably will burn out my stove. To add insult to injury the stove has what looks like ziroconium burner rings embedded in the glass, one of the rings burned away for no reason and this happened within the first two months of the stove purchase. I never complained about it since the element still worked but it should have been a tip off right there the stove was going to be a problem.
Bad stove, no help. Garbage Company. I don't care how passionate the owner is about his product, he needs to get with the time and realize anyone spending over $2,000 for a stove expects a better product and definitely better service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
