I have been using this monitor for a while now. I would say it is a very good product if it fits your needs. Although this monitor is relatively small compare to others. And you may feel a little uncomfortable due to its small screen size. You will be impressed by its portability. It comes with a stand for you to use it horizontal or vertical. So if you need to travel a lot. Or will go to library or other places frequently. I would say you should definitely give this one a shot. It will exceed your expectation.

This screen is nice, its exactly like my laptop screen. Its vibrant and bright. My laptop wasnt the same size as the screen but it works because I am able to prop this up beside my laptop via a kick stand. It is plug and play, I didnt even have to go in and adjust any screen settings. So its very easy to use. The screen thickness is a little thicker than my laptop screen, and my laptop screen is pretty thin. This screen is really very versatile. There are also magnets that I could stick on the back of my laptop that the screen sticks to, but I prefer the kickstand. Its a great monitor, it makes multi tasking so much easier.

Perfect for My work on the road

Got this right before our long family vacation. Connected to my HP Z book and it worked perfectly. It allowed me to have a second monitor for more real estate while traveling for work and other duties. connectivity worked great and the connection to the back of the laptop monitor took a little work but it completed as described. it is a little heavy. Almost the same weight as my entire laptop but for what it gives me as a second monitor for my laptop, Awesome!

Get more work done!

I started my own business this year and wanted a laptop instead of a PC because of it's portability. Sometimes I work from home and sometimes I work from my parents house as my dad is ill and I'm trying to spend as much time with him as I can. Working from just 1 screen slowed me down a lot. Having the 2nd monitor allows me to move QUICK! I am a lot more efficient having 2 screens than just the one. Once you have 2 screens, you realize how much more productive you are. A few months ago, my screen had a crack that wasn't due to anything I could attribute it to. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a new one. I was super happy about that, especially considering the price point.

Good quality and design

This is a great idea to make the secondary monitor sticking to the back of the laptop. I was a little hesitant about this design, but once I received a month ago, it has been doing great, standing strong. The double sided tapes and magnets are super strong, the monitor is not going anywhere. Monitor resolution is very high, display contrast and brightness are on par with my MacBookPro. This product has made my life so much easier. I will probably order another one for a friend for Christmas.

Magnets don't do the job

UPDATE: The 4th (gorilla glued) magnet did not stick & neither did the other one on that side of the monitor. I am sending it back. Someone needs to come up with a better idea that actually works! ORIGINAL REVIEW: The product comes with 4 magnets that you stick to your laptop with the stickers provided. 3 of the 4 magnets are holding great, but the 4th (probably the one that holds the most weight) did not hold. We used gorilla glue to attach that magnet to my laptop, and now it is holding. I am very careful when sliding the monitor in and out. I'm not convinced it will be long lasting if I were to slide it in & out all day long. The picture quality is great. I am excited to have the 2nd screen. I maybe should have just bought one of the free standing 2nd monitors. But if you need to work with limited space (such as on your lap), then this is definitely the way to go.
