The magnets are too weak to support the screen. I even left it over night, hoping that would allow it to fully stick however that didn't change anything. Super disappointed because the screen itself is good.

Screen flashing after one week

I’ve used this for a little over a week and the screen is already flashing like there is something wrong with the monitor. The screen constantly changes from on to black or will just shut off. It’s nice to have the second screen but it is almost more distracting to use it than to just have one screen

Falls off laptop

If it weren't for the origami stand I got, this would get 1 star. I was looking forward to the slide-out configuration, but the magnets are not strong enough to hold the screen in place and it WILL fall off your laptop within hours of being extended.

Not very satisfy of the product

I just received my Duex Max today (for France). Like many other people and comments seen, the magnets aren't strong enough to hold the screen which won't hold up and fall off.
I hope they will do what is necessary to solve the problem because considering the price it would be a real scam otherwise!

The magnets have pulled away from the laptop which makes the screen wonky. I loved it until that happen, which was after 2 months

It's easy to install super easy instructions. However the pull out screen is much smaller than the laptop. The whole thing itself is good size but the pullout is smaller just fyi. Other than that is a good product.

Screens flicker a lot.

Screens are great, but they do a lot of flickering and items move between screens frequently. It’s a bit annoying! Wish I could return them for a pair that actually work.
