This screen is phenomenal, but one issue

So this was a gifted item to me for my birthday 3 months ago.
I have used it on both my laptop (with the magnetic plates) and my desktop (with a stand from a another item I ordered recently). Overall, this has greatly increase my productivity as far as work and school goes.
However, the only downside is that at any brightness level higher than 35% causes this monitor to disconnect and reconnect randomly. I have the brightness below 30% and the issue never occurs. It's definitely not a driver error, nor is it a USB port error as it occurs in any USB port I use. I've tweaked settings to ensure my PCs are NOT turning off the USB ports to conserve power, but the issue still happens anyway.
I'm fine with keeping the brightness a little low so it isn't a big issue but it's something worth bringing attention to, especially for you bright screen users. Other than that, this item is FANTASTIC

One issue

I would give this product 5 Stars if it wasn't for the magnets. The screen slips down when it's extended outward. I bought extra magnets but it still slips down and the edge touches the table. Truth is that its fine if it does that or slip a book under it but a simple lip on the back of the magnets would prevent that so not sure why no one thought of it. Eventually, I added a tiny piece of velcro and its perfect now.

magnets are too weak

Good monitor. I really hoped the concept could have worked out. The whole reason I bought it was to horizontally extend my MacBook screen. But the magnets are way too weak and the monitor keeps falling off. I bought the 14'1 size. Not sure if the smaller size could have stayed put.

I am a picky skeptical buyer and tend to research before purchase. My productivity level definitely increased with this product! This is great if you are using excel, which most business professionals I assume are. Definitely looking forward to my third screen. Please give this product a shot. This is worth every penny.

Trash. Magnets are weak AF and the 2nd monitor droops down.

The magnets are tiny and don't hold the monitor. It's always sliding down on me (yes, mounted correctly).

Excellent portable monitor that you can attach to the back of tour laptop. Really comes in handy especially if you are working from home.

I LOVED the screen it self. It is way better then the computer I work from but the cable is constantly losing connecting to the laptop thus constantly rebooting which constantly reboots your laptop screen. If it were once in a while okay but even while writing this it happened 5 times.
Further more the screen when extending out droops majorly, NOT the unit it self, the housing unit is straight on the laptop, the cheap plastic track bows out from the weight of the screen causing the screen to droop (I usually prop my screen up with something under it) I REALLY wanted this to work for me as I travel the state now as a full time estimator and rely on two screens to do my job but right now I would recommend even home users to skip on this product, mobile users DEFINITELY skip on this product until they work out these few quirks, the screen quality, brightness and contrast are amazing though.
