I like it but the holding systems sucks

So, I wanted to return it, but I really like it, the price is fine, the image is fine, it has a big frame padding that is the only thing I don't like, but that is only a personal preference. I want to warn you that you cannot take your computer and move it without the screen feels off if you forget, you will damage the screening period. This is a big issue. Also, it is not easy to put back in position. So, if you want to buy, do it at your own risk

AWFUL! Designed terribly! Confusing Insturctions!

This product is as cheaply made and confusing as they come. First off, the box has 3 different sets of instructions and neither of them make it clear on how to complete the installation. Second, the monitor housing is very cheaply made. Third, the magnets they include to attach the monitor to your computer are so weak that they just slide right off every time you try and pull the extra monitor out. To make matters worse, once the monitor is attached, the weight of it just pulls your screen back completely. If you have the extra monitor attached, it just hangs at an angle down because of the weight. Don't waste your money and time.

I like this monitor a lot!

This has clear quality, is easy and convenient to use. My only complaint is that it powers off sometimes which makes it difficult to use during online meetings. I was hoping to keep my meeting on it while I worked on my laptop but I don't trust it to stay on. I think it may be in the connector cord that goes to the lap top. There is an adaptor that turns it from the little plug to a regular USB and it doesn't fit perfectly so if there is a jostle to the computer it flips the monitor off. I think I can probably by a C to USB, just haven't done it yet.

Cord is broken that attaches to the monitor and the laptop after 3 months of use.

I purchased this item hoping it would last me a long time. It's been 3 months of using this product and after a couple uses, the cord that plugs into laptop got stuck in my laptop port and broke off. This is close to a 400 dollar product and didn't even last me 6 months. I would not recommend!
