I happened to be one of those people with really tiny ears ... and the Quiet Comfort Earbuds III Alternate Sizing Kit is just PERFECT for me! ... I use the x-small tips which make the earbuds fit perfectly and COMFORTABLY! The sound quality of the Earbuds II are without question amazing ... so, increasing the comfort level when I wear them was the only thing I needed to take them over the top. I LOVE these earbuds!

I called because my ear buds keep falling out and Bose sends me the same ear pieces ? I can’t even chew gum without them moving around. I own a Jack b Bose equipment and now I believe I am done with Bose

Still can't keep the buds in my ears

Was hopeful that the extra large would keep the buds in my ears because the audio and mic quality is SO, SO good but alas no. They still fall out while jogging :-(
