It's a nice gaming Lap Top . It's a heavy 17.3" . The power supply is big and heavy as well. It's really not meant to carried around. It does everything I need it to do, just wish it was a little bit lighter. Lap Top and charger in my carrier bag ways 12 pounds.

Fine for now. Bought laptop for son since the Omen desktop I ordered for Xmas is taking for ever to be built and shipped. The mouse pad is HORRIBLE my son uses a external mouse for gaming so all is fine, if it were me, the mouse pad is SO BAD I would have returned it for another unit or laptop altogether. Overall it is a very nice machine. HP tried to charge so much for the video card they skimped hard on the RAM only 16gb. It is expandable though so no issue and I can add a second driver which is great. The fan noise is not an issue and well adjustable via Omen control dash. It takes a bit to boot up and that is after I deleted ALL the BLOAT WARE big companies love to load up to hustle the masses. Screen size great, keys good ride, one last thing which did not bother us, but you should know the PS is GIANT not just in size but weight, its like a square plastic sidewalk brick. Good price point and the best unit in this price range, DELL stinks out loud and the others like MSI etc are hit and miss on build quality.

So far, this item is great. My 9 year old is mid/high functioning ASD and loves using this laptop for gaming as well as for the majority of his homeschool work. I myself am a “Mac person” so his laptop is the complete opposite of what my Mac does and I have trouble figuring out how to use the laptop. Lucky for me, he was able to set up this laptop without needing my help and he is very happy with the functionality and speed. Thank you, great product!
