Stopped charging

I bought this item back in April and I really loved it! But when I tried to plug it in to charge it wasn't charging. I would like a refund.

Not very powerful and the head is so flexible you can't put much pressure on it or it just bends. I like a powerful rumbly vibration. This is neither. The buttons are raised so you can feel them to change speed or turn on/off. But otherwise it's a very mediocre vibrator. First one? Yeah, good for learning what you like.

Strong and smooth

First time using a wand type vibe- the vibrations are strong but only in the 5th or 6th range of the 7 intensity settings. The material is very smooth and pleasant to touch. This toy is not the best choice for partner play- the length is too big and the head of the toy is too bulky. For solo play, it’s better. If there was a way to go backwards while cycling through the different vibration patterns, that would be great.

The silicone is silky to the touch, my favorite kind. The handle is brilliantly ergonomic as well. The buttons are so nice too, I can go back a setting and not have to cycle through them all! There is a separate button for the patterns and I don't like patterns so I can totally avoid them. The vibrations themselves are a 7/10, maybe a 7.5/10. They're not overly buzzy but not quite as rumbly as what I usually prefer, but it still does everything I need it to. The battery lasts long too! I prefer magnetic charging but I've had no issues with the charging port. I love this wand, I wish it were rumblier but that does not stop me from using it regularly. I recommend!

Almost, But Not Quite

I love the design of this wand. The material is lovely and I like the curved design. The head is a bit smaller than my current wand, which is what I was looking for. It felt great, but didn't quite have the power I need to get me there. I will admit that I'm a bit of a power Queen. This is great for a warm-up, but I had to switch to my larger, more powerful wand to finish.
