Update it first then you'll get its full potential

Since I use CZ smart touch gen2 all my android notification is seamless and fast, but you have to update Android Wear OS first to get its full potential then tweak its settings to save more battery. The sensors are responsive, and it almost matches with the treadmill's heart rate sensor as for the app it shows the big picture of your day-to-day wellbeing!

Struggling to get more than 10ths of battery life. Screen seems to change with little contact.

The battery life depends on the settings, and you can optimize the battery life by simply adjusting the battery modes. For example, when you set your smartwatch to the Extended Mode, the battery can last up to 2 days and 2 nights. Also, the screen would not change if you select the face and tap to apply. Stopped Working

I have had my watch a couple of weeks and it's been great untill this morning. The touch screen no longer works.

Still having issues after purchase

I bought this watch more than a week ago, and there are several problems. I cannot download the Citizen Connected App, as per the instructions. I then downloaded the Wear OS App and even with this, this product (I cannot call this a smartwatch anymore) cannot sync with my mobile (Samsung Galaxy Flip 3 5G).
