Very cool for the few weeks they worked.

As cool as these are, I ordered two. One broke within a few weeks I would not turn on or connect. The other broke within a few months and won't turn on or connect. To the Govee's credit, they sent me a warranty replacement that worked for a few weeks and now no longer does. Won't light up with the remote, and won't connect on my phone to the app. Same as the others. I give up. They are headed to the trash.

Like lamp alot only had one problem was having problems synic up 2 floor lamps together. Did email support they had me pair the remote using app this worked. Can now use remote to turn on or off both lamps at same time.

The customization options are amazing, it allows for a lot of cool looks, but my favorite feature so far is that the Govee lights work without a hub. After trying other lights they all require a hub be directly plugged into your modem, the Govee's don't, they just work. I love this because I can't tell you how many times I went to change the colors on my lamps only for the hub to be disconnected from the network. This is such a huge improvement!

its not as bright as I hoped for. The design is a little wobbly. I purchased 4 and within 24 hours had to replace one that was stuck on.

Crappy Quality and Support

I had researched these types of lights and I purchased 2 Govee Lyra lamps within 3 months. The second lamp worked for a few days before it just stopped working, I contacted support and while they were polite and responsive, they were also annoying. They didn't read the comments in my request and repeatedly kept suggesting the same troubleshooting steps and asked for a video demonstrating a totally non-functioning lamp. I eventually got the lamp replaced and now the second lamp stopped working. Here we go again. I'd performed all of the troubleshooting steps and now they are insisting on a video showing the lamp not turning on. This is one of the dumbest and most infuriating support experiences I've ever encountered. I will just trash this garbage product and not bother to pursue the replacement; I suspect the replacement product will be of poor quality as well. Their support rep states that their QC needs to see a video before we can begin the replacement of the lamp. This is most aggravating ; Quality Control should occur BEFORE flooding customers with crappy products that just die within a few months of ownership.

Beautiful lights...bought 3...so far 2 have quit working. I'm waiting on the 3rd the fail. Normally I like govee products but this one is lacking.
