Missing zipper

I absolutely loved my bag. My only issue is that there is a hidden pocket and the zipper is missing. I returned the bag in order to receive a replacement and the replacement bag is ALSO missing a zipper. This bag would definitely have a higher rating if only, I could enjoy it.

It is light and spacious and functional. I thought the shoulder strap was going to be an 1" too short for me, but it's not. This is now my go to bag for hauling stuff around on my trips.

Large bag that packs a lot.

Got this to replace a Longchamps bag and as my personal item to accompany my new Tumi carryon when flying. This is much larger than the Longchamps bag of similar shape and style. Plus it has a sleeve so I can secure it on my new carryon. So far it’s working great because it means I can pack a lot.
The one drawback is it’s meant to be stored in a small pouch, so it has zero body and is flimsy. But that just means I can pack more, which is a plus. I recommend it depending on what you need it for and as long as you are ok that it has zero structure, And I like because it has the gold zipper that coordinates with my carryon.

Great Bag but not perfect

Well made bag - fabric feels like nice quality and solid construction, while still being very lightweight for travel. Also, very roomy. Reason for only 4 stars is that straps are too short to comfortably use on shoulder (and I am only 5'3'', with small frame) - the drop from peak of straps to top edge of bag is only 9 inches (ideally should be at least 12 inch drop to keep it from constantly trying to slip off shoulder -or make the straps adjustable). Another suggestion for this bag would be to put a zippered pocket on the sleeve for slipping over luggage handle, which would add some practicality for storing a phone or other small things you want to get to quickly without digging around in a large bag. The pocket for storing the bag does snap into the inside to add a pocket - just think it would be better to have a 2nd pocket on the outside.

Perfect affordable tote for travel and more!

I bought this for my wife for Christmas. She was wanting a bag that could hold her purse and other assorted things that would serve as a single "under the seat" carry on and attach to her roller Tumi carry-on. It does the job perfectly. Plus, she has ended up using it even when she it not traveling.
