[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. Installation was fairly easy as I was replacing an existing OTR microwave with this model. I did have to cut my back splash further down as most newer microwaves are 16+ inches in height and the 30 year old model I was replacing was only 15 inches. Other than that I was able to installed it myself with no additional help. Much quieter than my old microwave although it does seem like the heating is slightly uneven. Some times, 2 minutes to warm up leftovers is plenty, while other times it may take 3 or 4 minutes to get everything on the plate hot.

I replaced my old Frigidaire microwave, which lasted 17 years, with this one. All of my appliances are Frigidaire and I’ve had no problems so it’s no surprise this is an excellent product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the LED lights. Easy touch button controls. Nice open/close, oven seems spacious. It's power seems slower than it's predecessor, I add an extra 30 seconds to my 3 minute frozen entrees.
