[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought another Frigidaire microwave to replace my 5 year old Frigidaire. This model was as close as I could get to the look and size of the old one that had a short in the door and had to be replaced. This mew model lasted 2 weeks until it went completely dead. I call the repair service which said the circuit board was completely dead. I am still waiting for the part to come it so it can be replaced. That makes yet another week of no microwave. Unfortunately in less than 6 years I have bought two Frigidaire microwaves and I still do not have access to use one.

Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our broken one and this one is quieter and slightly bigger inside. My wife loves it. Cooks almost twice as fast as the last one. The programming is so easy, and sensor cooking is very friendly.

Powerful and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how it looks and works in my kitchen. Items fit easy in the space for warming and is a fantastic strength so I don't have to run it as long to get the job done. I like that it only has two easy beeps at the completion of the cycle so I am not anxious waiting for the usual 4 beeps to open the door. The only thing we are trying to figure out is why one of the filters underneath the unit keeps falling off. Still working on it, but not worth steering clear of this item. It is a good product.

We had a small one in a microwave cabinet and it was in an inconvenient place to use so, we are very happy with the new one!
