[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooking power seems low compared to the Panasonic 900 Watt counter top unit we had been using. Checked the power level and it is set to high.

Microwave cooking performance can vary between brands and models, even at the same power setting, due to differences in wattage distribution, cavity size, and design. If your unit is set to “High” but foods are not cooking as expected, we recommend:
Ensuring the microwave is plugged into a dedicated 120V outlet with proper voltage. Using microwave-safe cookware and covering foods to improve heating efficiency. Testing with water or similar food items to confirm even heating.
