[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The appliance was installed in a new house I just purchased and I haven't used it that much. However, the times that I have used it it seemed to do a very good job without having to add time. I do like the ultra white LED light on the inside over bulbs in microwaves I have previously used. Seems to light up the inside's better. If I had to pick a downside just so the engineers could have something to do I would say make the button selection panel light up when you touch it or be able to turn it on. That way if you go in there you can see the location of the buttons without having to turn on a main light. It's trivial but to me it would be nice to have.

Perfect size and functions!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 20 year old GE Profile unit with this Frigidaire. Previous unit had features that in 20 years were never used. Was looking for a simple unit and this fit the bill. Heats fast and evenly and looks great above the new Frigidaire range.

You'll be disappointed in about a year or less

Do not buy the product! You'll be very disappointed. We bought it 1.5 years ago for our new home and have only been using it for less than a year and it no longer works. The fan is awful and doesn't work well and never has. It doesn't heat well. This product should have worked longer than a year. We bought all the matching appliances and thought we could trust this brand. We don't recommend for friends or our customers.
