[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only been using for about a week. Functioning well so far. I didn't give 5 stars because of the constant reminder beeping that something is still in the microwave. It starts beeping soon after it is finished cooking. It's annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Install was easy and no issues at all. Hock up only took about 35 - 40 minutes. Plugged it in a wow my wife loves it. Door opens easy and buttons are large enough to read. Extremely pleased with the purchase.
