It works. The interface needs improving.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works. That’s great. The buttons and interface are not very user friendly. It takes more effort to press a button than I would like and I would have liked a a backlight on the buttons. Something that just goes on when the door opens or a button is pressed would maybe increase the usability greatly.

Good product, clear install instructions

The new product was not difficult to install, although there were several steps in the instructions. The writing and the drawings were clear. After installation, I have been very happy with its performance.

Over the Range Microwave

Microwave is operating as expected. I am however dissatisfied that a brand new microwave would come with scratches on the stainless steal sections above and below control panel. Didn't see them until after installer left and I removed the plastic film that was on front of microwave. The scratches are very prominent.
