Bright and loud

I appreciate that this fit in the same space as our last Frigidaire microwave, so it required very little installation effort. However, the lights on this new unit are bright and obnoxious. I didn’t even set up the time up because it distracts from the rest of my kitchen. And the beeping has to be turned off because it is loud and manic. It feels like there’s about 8 seconds before it starts the next round of warnings. This feels like a lower end microwave than my last unit, and it didn’t need to be that way.
