[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lasted 6-7 years. Just quit, up intil then everything worked great. I didn't care for the beeping it would do...and wouldn't stop intil you opened the door. As for repairing it, so far we've found the burnt fuse (taken apart) and replaced but something additional is going on. We're not sure if the repair part will be more. Will see. If I were buying a brand new, probably look for something different. The price isn't bad but I want something that won't end up in the landfill in 5 years.. that looks brand new but a chip is bad. Need better warrantys.

Cheaply made handle

The handle broke off just after the 6 month warranty ran out. The worst part is we hardly use our microwave. Super disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased unit April 2025. Installation directions, needed another dimension called out for specifically on wall template, after trimming the top and sides of the template.
“Mark at bottom of template” should have been more specific on the template sheet instruction
Unit works good, fit well. Like the LED Lighting inside and under the unit. Like the charcoal filter on the fan exhaust

Great over-the-range Micro!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased this and it's excellent. Does the job superbly. The one light is adequate, and the fan works well. Only drawback is when turning it on it's loud during the heating process and the beeper at the end seems loud.

A good choice for family
