Nice Quiet Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this in black to replace a 23 year old Frigidaire over the range microwave. Wanted to stick with Frigidaire since my first one lasted so long. Hoping this will too. My husband and I installed it. We were hoping we could use the old bracket, but there was one slot that wouldn't align. No problem because the new bracket was easy to install. Pros: very quiet, love the bluish color led light, that the turntable can be turned off, the two vent levels and the overall appearance. Cons: when the microwave starts, it makes a crackling noise. I don't know if it's supposed to do that. Thats why I knocked off one star. Also, since the vents are at the top, it leaves condensation on the cabinets above when something has built steam while in use. Hoping this doesn't cause problems later. The old microwave had the vents in the front.
