[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it is working as a microwave should! I love the 10 second button because most times I don't want to add a whole 30 seconds I just need 10 more, so I really like that feature. I looking forward to using it more and testing out the other features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're new apartment tenants with this broken microwave installed. Maintenance told us that it's likely to stop working due to poor venting issues. I'm searching for the correct fuse to buy for this model to fix the issue myself.
