[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The truck brought it to me so I didn't even have to lift it into my car. The installation instructions were right on and precise. Thus the installation was easy and straight forward. Once installed it has since worked like a charm. However this was to replace an older model that was installed in 2017. It seems that perhaps the door switch failed from too many severe closings. It is the one operational part that is doomed to fail. It will last longer, much longer if each time the door is closed it is done so gently. However, since we are experienced in such door switches we knew to do so. Were the previous home owners? I doubt it. From the first day it liked to blow the circuit breaker if the door switch was used inappropriately. For example opening the door without shutting the operation of the unit down first. Still it lasted 30 months before it finally died. Perhaps a repair was possible but for a 7 year old appliance it did not seem financially prudent. So we bought one as close in size and description as our old one as possible. With this one we will be really careful with the door and it should last forever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this after our Maytag died. Love the steel finish, not as finger print proof as it claims but still nice. Wasn’t a huge fan of the white textured back wall but it’s growing on me. Easy to use and works well. Definite improvement over our old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my 10 year old Frigidaire with this new unit.
LED light is much better with a clearer light for over the range. Cleaner/sleeker look to the door and frame.
Install thankfully was same mounting plate as last unit, which made install less than 15 minutes.
Unit seems to run quieter, and I like the new addition of a replaceable filter for the front exhaust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old over the range microwave died during a party. The next morning we went and purchased the same one. We liked the Frigidaire model as all our appliances are Frigidaire Gallery. There are so many useful features on this model that we didn’t even look at any other brands. Plus the wall bracket was already there from the old one so install was a breeze. With that said install is still fairly easy as all templates and instructions are included. We will always buy Frigidaire products. I don’t know how long the old one lasted because it was in the house when we bought it.
