The only thing which isn't even a real problem is not knowing with the keypad options which code you need but I just keep the manual near by and it's not a big deal. Love the microwave.

Improvement over past model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a six-year-old Frigidaire over-the-range unit that died recently. The previous unit was plagued with issues concerning the door latch switch that caused the breaker to trip or blow a fuse when the door was opened while running. They seem to have fixed this issue in the newer model. There is also now a way to lower the volume on the notification beep when cooking has ended, which was quite an annoyance in the earlier model. The main reason I purchased the new unit was because I was fairly sure it would fit in the existing opening, and was pleasantly surprised by the updates.
