Touchpad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only one complaint. I use the microwave light on in the evenings. The touchpad is not lighted. Therefore I have to turn on the kitchen light to turn off the microwave light which is very irritating. Other than that I like the microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old one, that lasted over twenty years, I thought worked good. 'Til it didn't. I thought I had read that it was 1,000 watts of power too. This Frigidaire is much nicer and I believe it probably is 1,000 watts. To be honest the only thing I "cook" in it is popcorn, I use it for reheating. My popcorn now almost completely pops, which it never did before and I had to rethink my warming times. Seeing how I don't "cook" in it, I didn't go crazy in setting it up, set the clock and adjust the done alarm, plug and play mainly. I think the only thing I wish it had was backlights for the controls. Would I buy again? yep.

The fan on low speed makes a humming noise Doesn’t appear to pull much air to the exhaust.
